We are excited to announce our 4th annual anti-crime movement Event/Fun City, not Gun City. This event will be a thrilling carnival. We are in partnership with St. Suzanne Cody Rouge and the Community Leadership Volunteer Council.
In September,2022, we were applauded by the City Council and, our State Representatives and State Senator and received the "Spirit of Detroit " award for efforts to stop Gun violence. This event is designed to celebrate the diversity, spirit and, togetherness of our community.
Our motto is “Live and Take Your Kids to Disney World."
We are reaching out to you because we believe in the power of unity and collective effort. Our community thrives when we come together to support one another and the "Fun City, not Gun City "Carnival is a perfect opportunity to do just that.
The Carnival will be held at St. Suzanne Cody Rouge located at 19321 W. Chicago and Westwood. It is scheduled for September 21, 2024. The Carnival promises to be a day filled with fun, laughter, excitement, and camaraderie.
However, to make this event truly memorable and accessible to all members of our community we are seeking support from generous individuals and organizations.
Your contribution can take various forms, including financial donations, in-kind sponsorship or volunteer assistance. We are requesting the support of our community providers to help us to secure the amusement rides.
Each ride will cost $2,225.00. The company has an A plus rating by the Better Business Bureau.I have included the website so you can look at the rides they offer; www.https://acpentertainment.com The rides are exhilarating, thrilling, exciting and breathtaking!
